Hicksville Exempted Village Schools Special Meeting of the Board of Education June 29, 2010

The Hicksville Exempted Village School Board of Education met in special session on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. in the central office conference room. The meeting was opened by President Karen Schmidt, with the following Board members answering roll call: Stephanie Mazur, John McCalla, Karen Schmidt. David Schooley and Dennis Vetter absent.

John McCalla moved and Stephanie Mazur seconded the motion to approve the Fiscal Year 2010 Appropriations. Roll call: Ayes - Stephanie Mazur, John McCalla, Karen Schmidt.

John McCalla moved and Stephanie Mazur seconded the motion to approve the Fiscal Year 2011 Appropriations. Roll call: Ayes - Stephanie Mazur, John McCalla, Karen Schmidt.

Stephanie Mazur moved and John McCalla seconded the motion to advance Elementary Art Club $2,042.02 to be repaid when funds are received. Roll call: Ayes - Stephanie Mazur, John McCalla, Karen Schmidt.

Upon motion properly moved, the meeting adjourned. A special series of board meetings will be Friday, July 2, 2010 at 7:30 a.m. in the Conference Room, Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in the Community Room, Thursday, July 8, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in the Community Room, and Monday, July 12, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. in the Community room. The next regular meeting will be on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room.
